Not getting my refund

I bought 2 VIP concert tickets for Circa Survive pre pandemic. It got post poned for 3 years until the band ultimate decided to cancel. They offered store credit but i do not want it! I want my full refund back. Then they said "okay we'll refund back to your PayPal" And then 10 days passed and. I didn't get it. Then i had to email again and they said paypal didnt allow them to refund because too much time has passed. So they said they can do a manual refund if i confirm my email. So i confirmed my PayPal email. 12 days later, and i still haven't received my refund! This is absolutely ridiculous. Now they're ignoring my emails and they never said when they sent the manga refund. If at all possible, please never get tickets off their website avoid going to that concert at all costs if ticket stubs is selling. I want my $170.00 USD back IMMEDIATELY.
