I purchased a clearance grill in August 2021. The company kept telling me shipment was delayed due to Covid. They informed me after I contacted them again that they delivered in October 2021. They provided a fake invoice. There was no tracking info and no delivery. I contacted them repeatedly, and on March 9, 2022 they told me it was delivered a day earlier, and again provided an untrackable invoice. I requested a full refund, and they are offering 60%, minus shipping. THEY NEVER SHIPPED ANYTHING! Paypal failed me throughout the entire fiasco. Shpylas is a scam.

I ordered a compact compost tumbler for $76.95 on 10/10/21. I have been going back and forth with Shpyla for 5 months now and the tracking number and tracking website is fake. After reading some of the other complaints I believe I have been scammed as well. I also received a package several weeks ago from China Post and the description said it was a pair of socks. I did not order this or open it. I will keep contacting the email I have to get my money back.

Verified Fraud - Interstate Wire Fraud

I ordered two Everest camping stoves and received the standard child's tank top from a company in China, via China Post and then USPS. The company provided a fake tracking number when confronted, and just keeps telling me that they delivered my item (to my mailbox! The stoves would not fit). They use a residential address in a small suburb of Ohio. The phone number is also bogus.

However, a quick search of ICAN nets the name of the webpage registrant: Kevin Barnes. A search for Kevin Barnes nets a man by that name in Columbus Ohio. He works as a computer tech at Streamline Technical Services, in Lockbourne, OH. (614) 441-7448. Kevin's home address is 113 Meek Ave, Columbus, OH 43222. His mobile number is (501) 352-1721. Details of this information are on the images below.

You can file a complaint through the Internet Crime Complaint Center at https://complaint.ic3.gov.

This scam constitutes wire fraud, 18 U.S.C. SECTION 1341.

"Everyone who ordered from this site ordered a Grill or Smoker etc costing $72 or more. A few months later a baby's Tee shirt is what we all received. Then they say they messed up the logistics and we all are told they will resend the item. Then the Scam is they give you a fake tracking number to a Fraudulent EMS tracking site which makes No sense on the tracking. So they say it arrives in your town at No Known tracking with the USPS and then they say it's lost... see the bottom. They write they are legit but believe me, after seeing 100's of others scammed the Same Exact way... Please do NOT waste your time or your money. Ordered in September and they scammed me until Nov and can not get my money refunded.

Was searching for an OONI pizza oven online and found this company, SHPYLA, selling one for around $70. Figured it was too good to be true and went on their website to look more closely at it. OONI is a well known brand and the images online show the product as "UUNI". Searched the physical address and found it does not exist - the street is 2 blocks long and the houses (residential area) have addresses on the cross streets. Tried to call the phone number on the site and it is for an automated insurance quote information line. I'm guessing this is all a scam.
