On February 22, 2020 I ordered a DeWalt Wood planer. I was told would ship in 2-4 weeks. After one month I e-mailed them with no response. I tried twice more with no reply. Now with the pandemic I failed to notify you sooner. If you could check it out I would appreciate it.

Hi,

I ordered a ride on My little pony. After i ordered it, in couple of days noticed that the seller is a scammer as my credit card ws charged more. so i asked for a cancelation of the order and refund. First he stated that he sent the prodcut already, but the shipping shows it was sent 1 week after my email.

Then i received a earphone and not the my little pony toy. I sent him the picture and he stated that it was a mistake on his side. So i asked him to just refund my money.

The follwoing is what he sent now.

"Thank you for your quick reply,return the item will takes a very long time .

After we receive it then we can arrange refund and it also costs money and make trouble.

How about we refund 60% to you for a part of products cost & shiping fee

The items you keep it for compensation and do not return it.

Thank you."

I purchased an electric lawn mower kit and a back pack sprayer. Twice I was charged $139.75 on 7/2/20 and no confirmation of purchase due to error messages. I contacted the company on multiple occasion with the contact info provided, email and phone contact, and no response since the 2/2/20, it is the 2/12/20 and still no response! I initiated a dispute of charges with my credit card company and they are investigating. Buyer be ware! I got taken.

They use a fake american adress it's from china..and charge tour account with a made up product.
