This is a work from home job, with the ability to work from anywhere in the US. We have a branch in Los Angeles, California. Our Company is also expanding into other states in the US market, and we are opening 5 offices in the following locations: New York NY - Detroit, MI - Phoenix, AZ - Boston, MA and Gainesville, Virginia.
Salary is $55 - $80 per hour. We offer medical, health, 401k, and other benefits. We also offer a Sign-on bonus and Performance bonus, and we offer training too.
Job Summary
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for handling support questions and issues from end users or customers. This individual must have a keen ability to learn software features and communicate clearly and effectively with both external users and internal engineering and product team members. There is also a need to learn and navigate advanced software systems in order to handle troubleshooting, analyze issue trends and provide reports.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Ting customers by phone and email
• Create and maintain clear, concise and accurate documentation for internal and external use
• Identify, report, and document technical issues to help isolate and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support Engineering team with testing software and hardware
• Troubleshoot issues down to the root cause
• Perform other duties as required
