I gave a check for deptti Derik 1/8/22. I was tol 8 weeks to install. After 8 weeks, I checked on order. Jessica said parts were scarce due to pandemic and they were driving to Ft. Lauderdale to get parts.

Next lie was her son died and shore handed. Next lie was installer had Covid. Next lie they all had Covid. Next lie was my shutters look beautiful. Truck broke down. Never received shutters.

I called another legit company and got them installed in under 2 weeks. Was told everyone was scammed by Dynasty Shutters. All had identical stories. They never had any intention of delivering. That’s why they were less expensive in Home Magazine with coupon. I heard they are now using a different name. Still scamming people. How are they not in jail?
