Hi They contacted us by phone saying that they had purchased a client list from the last company we used last year. They sent a contract which we completed and I sent them over 500 dollars. I have been trying for weeks to connect with them by email, text, phone, nothing; All I can conclude is that we have been scammed. We are scrambling to find another company for multiple homes now….it is snowing and we are stressed!I am a big supporter of small business which is why we went with this one. To say that I am disappointed and rather dismayed is rather an understatement. The loss of the money is very unfortunate in its own right but being scammed leaves a terrible feeling.
