My wife and I are NJ residents and have been in search for a kitten for our daughter. My wife came across this business who claimed that they sell Siamese kittens. The site looked as legitimate as they come with "reviews" and "photos of the kittens in stock". They said all the correct things and the hook of course was the price - $500 including air shipping. We submitted an inquiry and got an email. We got a text as well with the supposed name of someone named "James Johnson". When my wife shared all of this with me, I suspected it was too good to be true. I decided to call them. During the call, "James" was a male with a strong accent that sounded of an Asian dialect (perhaps Chinese or Japanese). This was the first sign. Next we discussed payment to which he claimed they only accept Zelle. This was a strong second indication as it is very difficult to get money back from Zelle. I asked about PayPal and they said they only accept Zelle. Lastly, I requested a zoom/virtual call to see the kitten and they said that was against their "policy". Three strikes and OUT. To solidify my claim, I asked him to send over a copy of their "policies" to us. He said he would. Never did. Followed up with a reminder and have received no response. It makes me sick to think people would steal from others in this way. May they receive what is deserved.
