I work for a retailer, *** *** * *** (vaporizer shop) in Issaquah, WA and we also recently began selling products through *** mainly for our local customers when they're traveling. But I noticed that we were receiving an abnormally large amount of orders shipping to Miami. So, I reviewed past orders and realized that all of the Miami shipments (5+) were being shipped to the same address; just using different box numbers. Each order used a different credit card with a different name. It was easy to determine that the people placing these orders are fraudulently using stolen credit cards to order all types of goods and having them shipped to this business, Siati Express. We stopped accepting their orders once we realized what was going on, and I wanted to report it to someone. This seems to be a large network of fraudsters. I assume that they order expensive goods online using stolen card numbers and once the products arrive, they are shipped outside of the U.S. (per this businesses trade practices).
