I've spoken to them on the phone and I have been provided a lot of fake information. Either Brickfront Properties and Construction is a front for a scam, or these people are using their information to perpetrate scams. Everybody I have spoken to has a middle eastern accent and tell me they are located in their office in Bowie, Maryland. When I ask these individuals the time, they do not provide the correct time for being located in the Eastern time zone. I've asked what the weather is like (asked how much snow they got last night) and they either refuse to answer or accuse me of being malicious. In one case, the rep identifying herself as Lisa Herrara told me she was actually in an office in Nicaragua and doesn't know the weather in Maryland (after she had told me she was in Maryland and actually provided me with the correct MD local time).
I have primarily spoken to these people at 443-550-7254. However, a Google search brought up another phone number, (240) 679-8078. I called this number expecting for a legitimate business to answer (I was going to tell them someone is impersonating them) but "Leo Calzorne" answered and hung up after I requested to speak with the owner, Sid Hameed, regarding a property that, to their knowledge, I am trying to sell.
"Names" of individuals:
Joseph Alvarez (didn't know MD local time / weather)
Lisa Herrera (knew local MD time but not weather, then told me she was actually in Nicaragua)
Leo Calzorne (told me he is directly below the owner, Sid Hamed. Said correct local MD time after hesitating, but refused to describe how much snow they received recently)
Hollman Orozco (told me his local MD time, but was off by an hour and took a moment to respond. refused to tell me what the weather was like in MD)
I imagine all of these people are just 2-3 individuals. Definitely 2 people are involved (one male and one female).
Please look into this.
