The company pretends to be UPS and asks you to take a survey. At the end of the survey, they offer free products. The website tricks you into accepting items that you didn't accept- after you put your credit card # in. They tacked on an APP for 24.95 that I never agreed to. When I called the Co. they said they "had no record of that purchase on their end" and I was looking right at the charge and the total!
