I was trying to purchase a puppy from a site called Lancasterpuppies.com. i contacted a seller named Alex Vincent. I purchased the puppy for 1300 and the seller was to then ship the puppy to me. I was later contacted by Siff Animal Movers in order to verify i was the person to receive the shipment. Once i verified they then advised me i needed to pay an additional 2100 in order to provide flight insurance for the pup. I requested to pay the deposit via a credit card which was advertised on the website. they denied my request and recommended i pay via wire transfer again and that i would be refunded in full once the puppy arrived. I denied the transaction and was told i would be charged for abandonment of the pup.
