Ordered a toolbox - seemed to good to beccx true - decided to cancel it through credit card co ...said they would help - just got notice that I did not cancel the order "prior to the date of transaction" - how can you cancel something before you order it? I contacted US Bank within minutes of placing the order - never got a conformation to cancel it either.

They did get back to me with shipping information, but the china post tracking number did not go beyond the USPS sorting Chuli station? Trying to figure out if I got scammed or if my three toolboxes I ordered are actually going to be on their way to me soon? Granted, last update was 9 Dec 2021. Now, Paypal is showing no record of the transaction, funny, I have the email traffic saved... soo it definitely happened. I also have the invoice saved. Would be nice to figure out if the order is going to be fulfilled or if Sigang LLC is a scam company. Granted, they took down their site, pretty sketchy... The information above is all I got on them, so hopefully this helps someone else who may want to contact them, maybe you'll get a tracking number like I did and maybe your toolboxes will show up?
