We paid for a nighttime bus tour around the city that took a route around popular landmarks and over the cities bridges. This tour was to be narrated and the employees even passed out headphones for this narration. The bus did not pass any of the promised land marks but instead circled a few city blocks and dropped us back off. No narration, no tour, no site seeing. When questioned by many patrons, the bus employees lied and were uncooperative. They would not provide management information, refunds, or answer any questions. They scammed a large group of people, and by their behavior and reviews online, they do it often. The money is not the issue, the principle is. This company and or its employees should be held accountable for their actions. They regularly scam people and get away with it. I have attached the link to their direct website. https://newyorkiconiccruises.com/ . The tickets we purchased were reputable and other patrons confirmed what their tickets promised as well. This company has unethical and fraudulent business practices. Please handle accordingly.
