Scammer was referred to us to build and install exterior signage for our retail store. Met Scammer in person and he communicated numerous times via phone, email and text to discuss work prior to deposit of $8,000 wired over. He even went to city of Saratoga Springs to apply for our exterior sign permit. After the $8000 wire transfer, Scammer made multiple excuses to why work was taking longer and health issues he was incurring. Multiple new agreed upon due dates came and went. Scammer eventually stopped communicating. A letter was sent by our company to refund the deposit which was ignored. Scammer has yet to pay back the $8000. He also Scammed the neighboring business that was opening at the same time and did not deliver their sign as well.
