Type of a scam Online Purchase

Appears to be selling pug puppies and the website looks legitimate. I put in a request for more information and was texted by someone named “Michael” he asked what our family life was like and why we wanted a pug breed. Pretty standard questions for a breeder. He asked how we would like the pug shipped to our house. When we requested further information he initially ignored our questions and proceeded to tell us how great a home we would make and sent us paperwork and an account to put the money into. This was extremely suspicious to us so we asked for full vet documentation of the puppy as well as a video chat and his usda registration number (he claimed he was registered) we were denied any further information until payment was received and knew at that moment that this was 100% a scam.

I have been scammed. Everything look legit, like the website, the tracking number. The pictures of the dog was never found online.
