My social security number provided in full along with one previous address and my current address. They claimed to have mailed me a document that was expired but had the wrong address information that was provided to me. The amount owed was stated it was from 19 years ago (2005). The amount of information they already had was alarming, but not surprising given the number of breaches I've been notified about. They claimed the call was recorded and gave zero sympathy when I said I didn't receive anything and that court proceedings would continue despite me not being notified. They also used a lender I have an account with, in good standing, but they also listed "bank accounts" which were actually credit cards. They sent a Hello Sign document which I opened after much hesitation but only because I searched Google to find the truth that it would not sign the document. The email came from [email protected] via HelloSign.
