I order a trampoline formy daughter. I been giving run around for almost a year now. They sent wrong order. Then was suppose to send trampoline. Ask to track it trampoline got lost in transit they say. Ask for refund they say its in process be patient. More pictures if neec.

Hello there,
yes, this is total SCAM telling customer you will get refund its been over 8 months so, shame as I ordered a kids trampoline instead of getting a trampoline they sent me a pack of face mask. I ask for a refund they told me they only can give me half of it back. Because I would have to pay for the shipping and for the mask they sent me. So I tried to reach out to them again on more than one occasion and they never responded back. And I’m still with out my money and yes, they did the same thing to me so, please be careful as this company is SCAM.

Same goes for me except I never received anything and they have been running me around for 3 months about this refund that I didn't recieve

I had the same issue they finally told me they would resend the trampoline and gave me a tracking number 5 days later after I had asked for it, that tracking number worked for the first 3 days now when I look at it it says the number doesn't exist and I'm out as well I don't know if they actually sent anything or not
