Ordered 2 Silent basketballs on 12/10/23--tracking number says they were shipped but never delivered. Credit card was charged. Emailed 3 times and first told they would resend but never received. Tracking number has new information but never "out for delivery" always "waiting for USPS pickup" listed.

I believe this is not a legitimate company. After several attempts to contact them about a defective product I was either not replied to or replied with vague emails such as "we will get back to you."

I ordered two silent dunk basketballs and they were never delivered. They gave me a tracking number that doesn’t show any movement and just says “in pre-shipment” since December 15th. I emailed the email address given and it takes days for them to respond, and the email just said he would look into it. Finally got an email yesterday stating the order was messed up and they will send a new one. I emailed back asking for a refund, no new shipment necessary.

I ordered basketballs for grandkids. I provided my name and address , email, credit card (which was charged $47.98) and I never received an email confirmation. I tried emailing through the silent dunk.com but to no avail. It appears they do have have a phone number to contact.
