This company has fraudulent insurance billing practices. I went in for a $150 covid test and they decided to charge my insurance $2375 with a number of charges that were not disclosed to me during my visit. They decided to charge for new patient setup fees, office fees and lab tests that were never done. This seems to be like something that many others on yelp have decided to report as well
