I paid for a product on another website and didn’t receive it . I was told it had been shipped. They couldn’t provide a tracking number when I asked for one instead stopped responding to email. I called the number on my bank transaction which was for a different website called silkchic. I called this number they acted clueless and stated they would text me me the customer service number yet this number was the one that was all over the site to call for any issue. He didn’t send the number when we got off the phone I had to text him and file a dispute with my bank . I believe those two companies are the same scamming people.
