I am part of a group on FB for adopting and rehoming dogs, Silva is one of the administrators for the page. I commented on her/his post and received a private meesage about the dog. We began to talk for a couple of weeks on FB (never on the phone). He/she told me the dog was $850 and i had to pay $350 as a deposit. I paid that through CashApp. Then a couple weeks last i received an email from an AA (supposedly the owner of the dog from Kansas) with a Bill of Sale for both of us to sign. I read it and signed and emailed it back to him. I never received a signed copy back from him, even though he told me i would.

Then i received and text message from a guy by the name of JW from My Express Logisticx and a FB message from Silva that the dog was being the dog was being delivered today (Nov 15, 2023). I received a tracking number and time the dog was going to be delivered.

I then received a text from Joe telling me that i needed to send $500 to rent a crate but is fully refundable when the dog was delivered. I then received another text from joe saying i needed to pay $800 for insurance and that was fully refundable on delivery. Then another text saying $500 bc it needed to be fully vaccined bc the dog didn't come with shot records. I told everything was in order and the dog was on his way. An hour after that i received a meesage that the dog was being returned bc it needed custom stamps in the amt pf $1,500 to pass through customs discreet and not get scanned or known to customs. I told him i wasnt paying another penny. They can keep the dog. I messaged Silva and of course no reply and emailed AA and of course no reply. I have demanded from all 3 the return of my money. I received a text from joe saying he would cancel delivery and have the refund agent contact me shortly. Which never happened
