I was attempting to purchase a used RV and the seller put me in contact with this company. They want me to wire transfer then money to pay for the item but I cannot pick it up at their location. They can only ship it to my home.

Craigslist SC listing for a camper. THEN CAMPER WAS IN KANSAS CITY, MO. Then it would be shipped to me once they received the $. This silver shippers shows on BBB put on 1 week ago. Web site says been in business 10 years. very similar to reported scam today from zip code 77713.

Emailed individual about an advertised truck... they emailed back with third party instructions. I was to give her my name, address and phone number for this Silver Shippers to contact me. This individual was in service, father had passed and she was shipping out in two weeks so using Silver Shippers to store and sell her deceased father’s truck. I was to pay Silver Shippers who would hold the money in a secured account, they would ship the truck to me for a 5 day inspection and call Silver Shippers back with my decision. If I wanted the truck, they would pass on the money to her and if not they would refund my money. I asked for the companies name to check them out. When pulled up the address, nothing by the name of Silver Shippers. Checked BBB and they knew nothing of this company. I called a given number and at first it would not ring through, later a foreign gentleman answered. When asked several questions, I was hung up on. Every angle came up to be a dead end.
