it's an Auto Transport Service. Through OfferUp, Craigslist etc the seller will have an account in your locality. The vehicle (or any product that needs transport) is out of state but the seller claims its already paid etc. The seller sends you to arrange shipping through Silver Shipping Center and you give your name, address, phone number, email etc for contact. You then get an email through Silver Shipping Center to finalize shipping arrangements. They only do wire transfer to initiate the process. The website looks professional. They have a ScamPulse.com Accreddited Stamp. I went to ScamPulse.com Website to look them up and they didn't exist. There is also DOT and FMCSA info that needs to be verified. They keep contacting through email that my transaction is pending. They will send you a map and locations near you (address that you provided) of Bitcoin ATMs you can go to. They even have a WARNING SCAM alert but its really sneaky because they falsely give you a sense of security by doing that and making them look like they are protecting you.
