They lease uninhabitable apartments and then steal your security deposit. When you attempt to get out of the lease and get your money back, they threaten with legal action. This has happened to four seperate people we know of. We are currently attempting to take them to small claims court to get the deposit back, but the address they put on the lease is a fake address. They have more business' registered than we can count.

She identifies herself as Ilana Yamtoobian.
