Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I asked the company for a refund. With no response I followed up again. They finally offered me a partial 10% refund and told me to “keep the item to save [my] time and money”. I was not pleased with that and after a back and forth with them they submitted a refund to me and did not ask that I send back any product.
Then closely after the refund, they emailed me saying that the refund was a mistake and are required I send the money back to what looks like a personal paypal account under the email [email protected]. I instantly felt this was a scam. So I ignored the email.
Now, they are constantly emailing me and harassing me. The last email they sent me they threatened me through intimidation of ruining my “reputation and credit” to pay them at the paypal email or else sort of speak.
Please, I would very much appreciate assistance in what I should do. Thank you. I look forward to your response.
