I've never had contact with this company - no email trail, phone records. I happen to have done business with another organization with the same initials "SSB" and so when I saw the transactions I didn't think much of it. Then I saw them well after the last time I had contacted the other organization. I had to research quite a bit to even figure out who this company was that was somehow doing an ACH transaction for 45$ a month. I talked to a representative who just kept claiming I signed up - he had an address on file that was 9 years old. I asked for a supervisor but he was "out to lunch" and he would call me back. That never happened. I've never heard of this company prior nor could the person on the phone even explain what they do. I emailed them twice demanding a full refund and for them to stop my account yet they keep processing payments.
