The scammer (Eddie Moore) proposed a Trucker Investor Program under Silver Star Transport DOT # 2817080. The company was said to be authorized by the Federal Highway Administration by permit. $12k was invested to be paid back under the terms of a Cooperation Agreement over seven months to a sum of $26k, of which nothing was ever paid back (Eddie Moore claimed to be filing bankruptcy when notified of the breach of contract).
