I purchased a nitendo switch. I live in Tennessee and my package got delivered somewhere in TX. I contacted them and they told me they would refund my money. It was supposed to take 5-10 business days that was Dec 12th and I still ain't received my money. Lost $76 I used cash app and they keep telling me no error occurred and my claim keeps getting denied.

I purchased items through their website. The order was confirmed and confirmation of shipping came in a couple of days. I tracked the product via USPS. Ultimately, the scammer sent a package to the wrong address so that it seemed a package was on the way. I expect this gave enough time for the payment to be received by the seller. None of the contact information works, and their address listed is a residential address in Houston.

I searched online for a sale on a TV and Sliverug had one for $89.00 plus tax and shipping fee of $15.00. Once I placed the order I noticed there was no confirmation number for the order and no option to cancel the order and the number provided in the email is no longer in service. I used my cash app card and the company that took the payment is different than the company name on the website. Instead of the original company name Silverug, it is showing up as Bookishbunnypillow. I am reporting this in hopes to help someone else from experiencing this same scam that just happened to me.
