Website promised cheap Yorkie puppies. Email and text message communication stated that the puppies were cheap because the breeders didn't care about making money, they simply loved breeding Yorkie puppies. Examining the puppy's listing on their website via reverse image searching revealed that the images of the puppy they were trying to sell was from a different breeder's site and the images were almost three years old (the puppy was advertised as 12 weeks old). Also, some of the wording on the website was strange, leading me to believe it was the result of a poor translation, so the scammer might be foreign. We never reached the point of discussing how exactly they intended to take payment, as we didn't want to give the scammers any more personal information.
