This is the last thing I was sent after deleting the other emails of being threatened to take everything I have and to take “legal” actions to try to ruin my life . He emailed me saying “ If you want to resolve this case outside of court so you can do $450.00 a month but make sure you will have to make the first payment today to put this case on hold and stop the court proceedings.

If you want to make the payment of $1350.00 (Settlement Amount) today then we will close this case only this amount.

Let us know ASAP.
