Called said was with Medicare, and wanted to let me know that I was eligible for back support brace. They said I had reported back pain, wanted to be sure that they were talking to the correct person, so what was my birthdate. Refused to give it to them. They hooked me with a supervisor that said to prove that they did have it, I just needed to verify the day. They told me the month and year correctly (Scary!). They wanted to verify the address, which they had correct. They said I would receive a phone call from the back-fitting specialist to determine that I was going to get the correct sizing. They called back 5 times in 10 minutes, I didnt answer the phone.
