My elderly spanish-speaking friend was scammed into this service after receiving a letter in the mail. She had just purchased a brand new car with full insurance and warranty and thought the letter was implying she needed to finish signing up. The rep told her it was a one-time fee for 18 months of coverage so when she was charged another $179 the following month, she called to complain and cancel. The rep was RUDE and said my friend would have to call back when she had someone who could speak English. My friend decided to call her bank to have the charge removed and the bank rep recognized this as a scam and closed her credit card and issued a replacement. Now Simple Save is calling her and telling her the account is going into arrears and she will be responsible for late fees. This place is definitely a scam and preys on the elderly and non -English speakers. DO NOT do business with them!

I tried cancelling the coverage before but was given scare tactics to keep the coverage. I kept it . Now I can't pay the payment coming due on Feb. 4, 2021 as I told them that this inability was coming. Now their customer service number does not work to talk to them again.
As per previous complaints they are a fraudulent operation. Their payment will hit my bank and not be honored and I am sure I will hear from them then.

They spoke to my 81 year old mother about this plan. My Mom has a lease which ends next year on a 2019 car. They took my mother's credit card info and then explain the program. My mother said she did not want the program and do not charge her card.
Currently, one payment of $159 has hit my mother's account. There is another waiting. I have called her bank to block the future payments. My mother leaves alone on a fixed income. We received a letter stating that an extended vehicle service plan was about to expire and that we should contact them immediately. We have no such plan and knowing immediately that it is a scam, we did not respond. There is no postal address, only Vehicle Services Department, Vehicle Document/Alert Notice, Personal & Confidential was the header of the letter. The name of the sender was Jessica Bork, most assuredly fake.
