Simple Student Loan Solutions is definitely a scam and corrupt student loan processing company. They want advanced fees to process a FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN and always respond to this tactic as if they are doing a tax return through H.R Block and that is their processing fee. I was transferred from my loan provider Navient to SSLS and had no idea I was talking with a 2nd/3rd party company .This is a scam and a straight up lie. I am going to take them down for being dishonest and a scam business! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO.
