I thought I was purchasing A $10 a month weight loss subscription that could be canceled after 30 days. Immediately after this purchase I was told I was being charged for a $36 workbook that I did not ask for. I emailed the company, but I did not want the workbook. They canceled my subscription and let me know they canceled it and then sent me this alleged work book to download. I will not download it as I am afraid so now I have nothing and they have $46.

Simple is a nutrition app on Apple and Android app stores. My records show I downloaded the app in 2020, with no subscription record.

In January 2024 they charged my account 11.99, which I initially missed. I then caught the second charge of 29.99 in February 2024. I contacted their “support”, which said I started a subscription (mind you my Apple subscriptions have ZERO indication of this, or my emails) and never cancelled.
