An Instagram add showed me a sale before Christmas. I bought an initial product, and I never received it. They then proceeded to charge me multiple times for miscellaneous charges under different categories and names.

Ordered a LED cocktail smoker. Got an email with order ID and the website said my order was confirmed. No shipping info was ever provided. Money was taken from my credit card. Ordered on Dec 7th and it has not arrived. Messaged through the site, plus emailed the two addresses provided. [email protected] and [email protected]. Never received a response. Definitely a scam.

I purchased a product advertised through a Facebook ad. Received the confirmation email and order number in November saying they would notify me when my product shipped. I have followed up with them several times and have never received a response. The order confirmation came from the email address [email protected]. They have no phone number listed on their website. The two other email addresses listed on their website ([email protected] and [email protected]) are giving me delivery failure receipts. I have filled out the contact us page on the site twice with no response. I just googled the address listed on the website and the google image shows it is a parking structure.
