I was scammed out of $79.20 for a subscription for Simple.life, something i didn’t request. I signed up for a trial then contacted the company after deciding I did not want to subscribe. I contacted customer service via their support email before the trial ended, there was no means in the app that I could find to end the trial. The response from customer service listed steps to cancel the trial but the steps did not match the app features. The email instructed me to reply to the message with further questions. I did, explaining the issue with their instructions. They responded three days later that they were working on my “request”. Another three days passed without any response. I have sent at least five messages referencing the “request” number they assigned and included that I did not want to be charged the $79.20. I was charged and can’t reach anyone to refund my money. I followed their instructions.
