I purchased 7 sets of earrings from the website https://simpleroutebridal.com. I became worried when I was unable to track the package, and wasn't hearing back from multiple emails and messages. I started reading other reviews, which looked legitimate. However, once I found some Instagram comments, I realized this person has been scamming others. My credit card was charged, and I never received the products, or a response.

I placed an order and received a confirmation email, but never an email about shipping information or the tracking number after a few weeks. Several people seem to have the same issue. I contacted them via email twice and did not receive a response.
