I got an ad targeted for me on instagram and it looked interesting. Upon looking at it, i thought about trying it but they had no prices for anything. Come to they tried to charge me 199.99 which thankfully my bank flagged. I declined it and then got an automated text from them stating I need to try again which I did not. I noticed they tried to charge me again. One, this company has no contact info. The # they list is to help you save on car insurance and other scams. They list no actual address or anything but an email. I am worried they will try to keep charging me. I never even got a confirmation email or anything that I had an order placed. I attached a screenshot of their "contact" page to show they have no way of being contacted.

Clicked on a facebook post to buy diet supplements. Ordered and found that I didn't read the fine print of the cost. Read the companies terms and conditions to try to cancel order. It states that you must call customer service to cancel your order within 24 hours but does not give a phone number. After searching the web I find their site lists their phone number as 1-888-8888 so it is impossible to cancel. I did try to send an email to the email listed but I think it is a phishing scam to get my credit card info. This product is sold on many other sites so I thought it was reputable but I think the site this ad took me to is fake. When I search on google it said to not proceed to unsafe site. The reel on facebook was posted by "Coffee Prince.". Then you click on link that takes you to an article from USA Today at greenbeautymagic.com. Once you read all about the supplement it takes you to their website at cure.getsimplihealthacv.com.

I responded to an ad on Facebook which showed images of Shark Tank celebrities sipping a substance presumably to be a fat burning agent which they supposedly endorsed. I am embarrassed to admit I fell for it, mostly because of the Shark Tank cast which I found out later was bogus. There were 3 choices to make for the amount of product (1 to 3 bottles) and 3 different prices. I chose 2 bottles....$59.99 each for a total of $119.99. Before checkout I was hit with an additional product called Simpli Health Cleanse for 49.99 for which I refused.

At checkout I was charged for 3 bottles at $159.99 plus $49.99 which I had refused. I immediately went to the Contacts page which listed no address and a crazy phone number (888-888-8888) which I called and received an automated message asking for $1.98 to receive a $100 voucher that I could use at Walmart or other stores. The phone's ID was Full Sail. I called my bank and the charges were there so I canceled my debit card. The amounts won't post until 6-4-22 and I am to call back then to see if I can get the money back. I did send a letter to the company's email.
