Facebook ads show very nice sweaters at a reasonable price (3 for 90) dollars but the quality is so bad you can’t even give them as gifts to people you don’t like. I ordered size Large but received size 3 XL instead. I complained and they asked me to order more sweaters at half price so I foolishly ordered two more These also were size 3 XL so they are way too big and can’t be worn by a regular size person. It is a total scam!

I saw an advertisement for a cashmere men's sweater on Instagram. I purchased the sweater with a credit card. It took a month to arrive. The item received was a cheap substitute for what I ordered. I wrote to the merchant to request a refund and did not receive any response.
