I contacted this service via website for help with my computer. They erased many of my programs and charged me 299.99. all I needed was help getting printer online. They called back 10 months later to tell me that my email was compromised and it would erased by the next day if I didn't pay them to give me a new one. I hung up. They called back... Someone named Jack and Simon both called. Both were East Indian and threatened me, telling me I would be arrested because my email was being used by someone in Hong Kong. I hung up again and they called back to ask why. Never use these people. They steal your money. I opened a new email account and low and behold, the first one was not deleted and the FBI did not come to arrest me. They should go and arrest Simon, Jack and their employers. Frauds and Criminals all.
