Told me she's sending out a second one asap and didn't happen. I got a new tracking order.
Again the same thing happened. I had to spam her accounts with comments and dms as well to get her attention. After about 2 weeks of trying to get her attention and getting very little feed back. I told her I reported her to the B.B.B. I reported her social media as well. She will delete any comments by the way that tell others she is scamming you.
I was able to get a refund. I'm waiting for it to show in my bank account but just got the notification today. Hope this helps. I posted a couple pics but there's definitely more proof that she was very unresponsive.
Also if you did you order through shopify I suggest reporting it through them I put my complaint through them yesterday and they reviewed it and I had a refund today.

My husband bought me two rings for Christmas on 11/30/24. They were never delivered. We’ve now gotten two different tracking numbers, a multitude of excuses and still have yet to receive these rings. They’ve never even been shipped.
He was even told he’d “get a free ring” and we still haven’t revived a single one.
Their shipping policy states “ Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order just for you. Please allow 4-7 business days for orders to be shipped. However, in some cases, processing may take longer during periods of high order volume.”
HOWEVER, it has been 24 business days (not including recent holidays) which is 3x the amount of time it states on her website it should take for them to ship. It is not a courier issue because the rings have never even made it to USPS.
We were told on 12/29 we would have an update by the end of week 1/3/25 and still haven’t heard back from her. Still have yet to receive the rings. My husband stated if she wasn’t going to sent the rings, we would want a refund fb she won’t refund us either
