Someone operating under the business name Simply Built Digital used my client's website contact form to spam them about Simply Built Digital's website design services. The home page of the website for Simply Built Digital (https://simplybuiltdigital.com) claims they are a ScamPulse.com Accredited Business, "Score 9.9 out of 10" with an unidentified rating system, and are trusted by Fortune 500. Yet their website violates ScamPulse.com accreditation standards in the following ways: they do not appear to be advertising through honest methods considering they are spamming contact forms of websites as a method of making contact; they are not found in a search of the ScamPulse.com directory when filing a complaint and may be misusing the ScamPulse.com trademark on their website; they have not openly identified the business location on their website (which only offers point of contact through a form for requesting a "free consultancy"; there is no privacy policy or return/refund policy information linked to on their website.

Anyone contacted by this company should assume they are a scam. The ScamPulse.com should investigate as their brand is being misrepresented and/or if this business is accredited by the ScamPulse.com they are in violation of that accreditation.
