I rented a home from the company. the home had constant problems or mold, plumbing, and toilet problems that were half fixed or not repaired. once I finally moved out when my lease was up, they kept my deposit and my over payment of two months rent. I tried to sue them in court and they're not listed in the business system nor are they listed anywhere in colorado. i found an expired llc company with the same business name and it's in a different state and has been expired for 2 years. i tried to have them served for court and the sheriff left multiple messages and went down to the address they listed and it's a virtual address.
