The customer service is terrible

I ordered envelope label stickers and 4 weeks have gone by and no response on my order status. The company is a sham. After 4 emails requesting a status update they still have not responded. I am trying to get in touch with anyone to get a refund. I would be better off dealing with a company that at least reaches out to you with updates.

Found this website on Etsy. Traded several emails with person. Send me an invoice to pay by paypal. Never heard from them again. Not upset about the money but I really liked what they advertised and now I may not be able to find a "real" person to fulfill the order in time.

On February 2nd, 2021, I reached out to the aforementioned company via email and Danelle Brown Laney the owner of “Simply Mint To Be” responded. I requested invitations to be made. We went back and forth discussing the details of my order. I was quoted a price and Ms Laney requested the money from me via Zelle. I sent the requested money via Zelle and Ms Laney confirmed receiving the payment. The total amount paid was $42.70. After, we discussed via email the details and the set date for me to receive my invitations. On Feb 15th, I was suppose to receive the digital copy and tracking information as promised by Ms Laney. I reached out via email around 1pm on February 15th after not receiving any emails or confirmation from Ms Laney. I did not receive a response from Ms Laney. I emailed Ms Laney from my brothers email address inquiring about another service Simply Mint To Be “offers” and I received a reply immediately. I reached out again on March 15th from my email requesting a refund and no reply. I did not receive the invitations via email or USPS. I also have not received a refund! I found her business website on Pinterest where they advertised the invitations I found interest in. DO NOT order from www.simplyminttobe.com they will take your order and money and you will never receive the product.
