I have placed an order with Simply Novelty on Jan 6th. I have neither received the order I paid for nor I received a refund for it. I have tried communicating with that company but I have lost hope in reaching out to someone who can resolve my issue. I waited for almost two months without any response from them. I have called, sent emails and chatted with them but my efforts to get the product or the money was unsuccessful. I advise anyone on the internet not to purchase anything from this company unless you want your money that worked hard for just lost and stolen by scammers.
