My Message to them:
I was charged by
‘prominent electronics s” on 3/2 & 3/6 for a total of over $73.
I did not purchase anything from Prominent Electronics or this other site either.
I’ve been trying to find & contact whatever Prominent Electronics is & one person found my info, but couldn’t access it. She had me call back this # 866-417-6460
In order for the support person to access the account with my name.
I called and had the worst customer service experience ever! This woman, LaNon?? Was sooooo rude & condescending to me my mind was blown. She refused to help even though other agent ‘saw’ my records , was totally disrespectful and refused to transfer me to another agent or her supervisor, after I asked several times. She mocked me , refused to give me her name again & hung up on me!!!!
I need refund IMMEDIATELY & QUICKLY. Please remove my cc# from any company you have asap. I’ve already called bank & ScamPulse.com to Start a complaint & a case, but they said the first step is trying to get refund through this company FIRST, b4 they move to next step.
