I saw a posting for a GPS tracker watch for a child on Facebook. I read through the information, followed the link to their website. Went back multiple times reading through their information on returns/refunds etc and checking online to verify they were a valid company. The watch does not come with all the needed parts and I've been unable to find or purchase what is needed. I've contacted their support email a number of times with no response. Today I tried calling their 1-888 number and it's all an automated system directing customers back to the email address (which gets no response). I want to return the product because it's no use as a gift for my daughter when it does not function.
