This is the most frustrating gift I ever received. All directions given to redeem card are inaccurate and I am so mad right now.
Do not waste your money!

I had ordered a card and gift card from them to send to a friend. My friend received the card but when went to redeem the gift card that I already had been charged for, could not receive a claim code. I emailed and the would not resolve so when I called the put me on hold multiple times, then hung up. When I tried to call back I got sent to an automatic voicemail and hung up on. I have our entire email conversation saved.
