I received 2 faxes, each targeted for a different physician at the clinic regarding an unclaimed "payable-on-death savings monetary deposit for 13,030,00 with a reputable bank and that the insurance company code stipulates that insured permanent policies not claimed must be turned over to the abandoned property division of the state after 10 years and so he's asking for consent to be in partnership with him for the claim of this policy benefit and if permitted to add her to the policy all proceeds will be processed on her behalf but he wishes to point out that he wants 10% to be shared among charity organizations with the remaining 90% to be shared between them. He goes on to say that it's 100% risk free and he has all the documentation to expedite the process in a highly professional and confidential manner and he will provide all the relevant documents. He says the claim requires a high level of confidentiality and it may take up to 30 business days from the date of receipt of your consent and then asks for a contact number.
