I ordered whiskey on Dec 11 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. They claimed to have shipped it, but there is no tracking information and when I reached out they said they would get back to me and never did.

On December 4, 2022 I placed an online order with Sip Whiskey for a rare whiskey for a Christmas gift. I selected Sip Whiskey for the purchase after comparing availability and pricing with several potential suppliers. My credit card was immediately charged. I have traded emails with Sip Whiskey over the past couple weeks as the item has yet to be shipped. I now believe that this is a scam and there is no intention to fulfill the order. I sent a demand letter to them requiring a full refund and got no response.

In summary, the entire purchase process with Sip Whiskey has been full of lies:

1. Website indicated that the product was in stock - LIE

2. When I inquired about my order, I was informed that they would receive the product on Friday (Dec 16) since they were clearly out of stock - LIE

3. A FedEx shipping label was generated on Sunday, December 18, implying to me that my order would ship Monday, December 19 - LIE

4. “.. our priority #1 to ensure your orders arrive prior to Christmas!” - LIE

Placed an order June 28th. Was quickly charged for the products, sent a "confirmation email" and then a "shipment label created" email. 12 days later, the "package" had been taken anywhere, let alone delivered. Reached out by email to the "support email address" they provide, and directly to their Facebook page. Thats when I noticed a LOT of complaints that NO ONE was receiving their orders, and that the business was either not responding at all, or claiming the packages "got lost" and still not fully refunding anyone. I reported the scam to the credit card company too. They make their website and emails look very professional but it's a scam!
